Job Description
Required Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
Required Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of administrative and/or customer service-related experience required.
Required Technical Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Previous experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training operations.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Global Learning & Development inbox, fielding questions, forwarding requests, assisting with LMS troubleshooting.
• Manage training invitations, marketing and enrollment, including checking registration, creating invites, ensuring attachments are included, assessing registration volume, pulling attendance reports and marking completions.
• Coordinate in-person training, including ordering catering, ordering professional printing, organizing materials, coordinating guest speakers.
• Manage survey completions, including tracking survey completion and sending follow-up email as needed.
• Configure courses, including updating, adding and editing courses in the Learning Management System.
• Manage transcript records, including enrolling, reassigning, unenrolling users into courses, learning plans and/or certifications.
• Troubleshoot access, including assisting users with access and login issues.
• Help department learning administrators with advanced admin functions (customer groups, certification, enrollment rules) and other duties as assigned. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
