• At least 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing Business Analyst, Product, Technology, or other professional-level talent.
• Experience with Eightfold or similar talent intelligence platforms.
• Strong talent mapping and market research capabilities.
• Experience partnering with multiple recruiters and hiring managers simultaneously.
• Data-driven approach to sourcing and pipeline management.
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Senior Talent Sourcer to help identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent across Business Analyst, Product, and other professional-level functions. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to develop sourcing strategies and attract high-quality candidates for critical hiring needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talent research, market mapping, candidate engagement, and leveraging innovative sourcing techniques to uncover exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for Business Analyst, Product, and other professional-level roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, Eightfold, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to provide insights on talent availability and competitive hiring trends.
• Proactively engage candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate engagement.
• Track sourcing activity and provide regular pipeline updates to recruiters and hiring stakeholders.
• Support diversity sourcing initiatives and help build inclusive candidate pipelines.
• Stay informed on industry trends, talent market conditions, and emerging sourcing technologies. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
