Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, client consulting, or a combination of these areas.



Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.

• 2+ years of human resources experience.

• 3+ years of client consulting experience.

• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to leverage recruiting data to support hiring decisions and improve outcomes.



HR Sourcer– Students & Graduates Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Students & Graduates Talent Acquisition team and help attract, engage, and hire exceptional early-career talent. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers and business leaders, and contribute to innovative talent acquisition strategies. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while helping build a strong pipeline of future talent.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.

• Collaborate with fellow recruiters and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, networking, recruiting events, social media, and other innovative sourcing methods.

• Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics with a high degree of accuracy.

• Provide regular hiring updates and recruiting insights to leadership and HR partners.

• Support strategic recruiting initiatives and special talent acquisition projects.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through hiring.
