Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience administering Leave of Absence (LOA) programs.

• Knowledge of leave administration processes, including parental leave.

• Understanding of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and other applicable federal and state leave regulations.

• Ability to explain leave policies, eligibility, and benefits to employees and managers.

• Experience handling sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to support employees in a compassionate and professional manner.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced, shared services environment.

• Experience maintaining accurate case documentation and records in an HR case management system.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex leave-related issues.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/case management systems.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR partners, managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.



Job Summary:

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers regarding parental and leave of absence (LOA) programs.

• Administer employee leave programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.

• Guide employees through the leave process by explaining eligibility, benefits, documentation requirements, and available resources.

• Process leave requests, maintain accurate case records, and ensure timely completion of required paperwork.

• Coordinate with HR partners, managers, payroll, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure a seamless leave experience.

• Monitor leave cases from initiation through resolution, providing consistent communication and follow-up.

• Ensure employees receive appropriate pay and benefits while on approved leave.

• Interpret leave policies and escalate complex or sensitive issues when appropriate.

• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information and documentation.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced HR Shared Services environment while supporting continuous process improvement and team collaboration.
