Job Description
-Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Related field

Additional preferred qualifications:

HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar is a plus

Training in project management, employee engagement, or change management preferred but not required



Key Responsibilities:



Employee Experience Program Support

Support the design and implementation of employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition programs

Coordinate program rollouts, communications, and execution activities

Develop project plans, timelines, documentation, and supporting materials

Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities

Partner with HR leadership to align initiatives with organizational priorities



HR Project and Program Coordination:



Provide hands-on support for HR projects and operational initiatives

Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Support development of HR processes, SOPs, and service documentation

Assist with employee feedback collection, surveys, and reporting

Help ensure projects remain organized, prioritized, and delivered on schedule
