Required Education:

Patient Care Programs-Help Desk Specialist will provide technical assistance and customer service for the Client’s Bureau of Communicable Diseases Patient Care Programs

Job Duties:
• Provide technical assistance and customer service for the Florida Department of Health Bureau of Communicable Diseases Patient Care Programs
