Job Description
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, HR support, recruiting coordination, or administrative support.

• Strong communication skills, especially through email and internal messaging platforms.

• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

• Ability to manage high-volume requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions when needed.

• Experience with HR systems or support tools (e.g., Workday, Jira, or similar platforms) is a plus.



Overview (Human Resources - HR Coordinator)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the Talent Acquisition Product Support team. This role supports recruiting operations by managing system and product access requests, assisting with onboarding processes, and providing customer support to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and strong communication with internal teams.



Responsibilities

• Manage access requests for recruiting products and systems to support the Talent Acquisition team.

• Provide customer support through shared mailboxes and internal communication channels, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

• Assist with new hire onboarding tasks, including completing required checklists and system access setup.

• Support activities related to the recruiting lifecycle, including interview coordination and candidate assessment tracking.

• Monitor and manage a high volume of requests (300+ monthly) while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Track and process requests using tools such as Jira tickets created from Google Forms.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams via email and messaging tools such as Slack or Zoom.

• Identify issues, ask questions, and troubleshoot access or process-related problems.

• Follow structured processes and maintain documentation to ensure smooth operational support.
