The Opportunity
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work with the Corporate Functions recruiting team, a centralized team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators who support our CFO, HR, Procurement and Investment business areas as well as other Corporate functional teams. In this role, you will partner with recruiters to schedule interviews with hiring managers, facilitate and greet candidates onsite in our Seaport Boston location, and manage the background screening and onboarding process for new hires.

The Talent Acquisition team is comprised of highly skilled, collaborative problem solvers who are motivated to create a stellar candidate and hiring manager experience. The team culture is collaborative, cross-functional, and prioritizes backing each other up to get the job done and providing the flexibility we all need.
Providing a positive candidate experience is a top priority for this role, which is why our coordinators are often best described as Candidate Experience Specialists.
The Opportunity
Onsite in office 4-days a week: Mon – Thu Able to work minimum 8-hour shift to escort candidates to interviews typically between the hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm EST Schedule interviews using Zoom Coordinate candidate interviews for hiring managers and interview panels Review employment applications to ensure information accuracy and completion Partner with the recruiter and other internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate interview experience.
Create and stage offer letters for recruiting team Assist with Onboarding processes, including ordering background checks Organize requests in an efficient and proactive manner with a keen sense of urgency, scheduling interviews expediently Recognize and appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Ensures process is aligned with recruiting policies.
Skills: The Minimum Qualifications
• 1+ years experience scheduling in a high volume fast-paced environment, preferably prior experience working on a Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruiters and hiring managers.
The Ideal Qualifications
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities Experience with Workday ATS Experience ordering background checks through vendor portal, bonus if experienced with First Advantage''s platform.
• Proficient in MS Outlook calendar scheduling Organized, efficient, and proactive.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels Excellent interpersonal skills.
Education:
• High school diploma.
