Job Description Summary
The Global Business Service Center (GBSC) is a shared services center within the company whose mission is to add value to our partners and serve our customers by delivering operational excellence, enhanced customer experiences, and focused business results. The Service Delivery Analyst (HR Specialist) will partner with Managers to elevate the customer experience in support of GBSC Leadership's mission.

Role
•A support role within the GBSC service Delivery team focused on key areas of customer request management, operational governance and customer experience improvement projects.
•Ongoing customer inquiry review and response as part of customer interaction model.
•Helps build story and data driven presentations using operational performance metrics and qualitative assessments of customer interactions.
•Supports the collection of data to presents financial results to internal customers on recurring basis, highlighting significant areas of activity and focus that require attention.
•Delivers performance feedback from internal customers to back-office operational teams and helps to consider remediation plans to address root-cause.
•Serves as a point of escalation for compliance and service level issues and acts as a support function for others serving as a point of escalation
•Works closely with teams across all GBSC locations and business teams.

•Shared Service Center and HR experience preferred
•Passionate about customer experiences demonstrated through a service background
•Skilled at developing trusted relationships with business partners
•Experience managing or participating in projects and comfortable working autonomously
•Excellent verbal and written communicator
•Ability to influence outcomes and drive behavior among diverse stakeholders to achieve timely results
•Comfort around all levels of the organization
