Job Description
Required Education
• Associate’s degree OR At least 1 year of professional human resources (HR) experience OR will also consider recent college graduates or candidates with only internship experience in place of full-time work history.

Required Skills
• Quick Learner: Must be able to "learn on the fly" and rapidly pick up new processes, systems, and internal workflows.
• HRIS Proficiency: Ability to accurately input employee personal data into a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database.
• Inbox Management: Skilled at monitoring a general HR email box, creating HR cases, and assigning them to the appropriate Consultants.
• Inquiry Resolution: Capable of receiving and responding to employee/management requests concerning HR policies and programs via online resources and telephone.
• Routing & Escalation: Knows when and how to appropriately route complex requests to other HR groups for additional information.
• Documentation & Processing: Experience processing paper/electronic forms related to new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, and terminations.

This role provides direct, transactional support to company employees, HR groups, and management as part of a centralized HR function. You will be responsible for handling a high-volume variety of HR-related transactions, including but not limited to:

Job Summary
• Responding to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Processing all paper and electronic documentation for the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, status changes, performance reviews, benefits updates, and terminations).
• Inputting and updating sensitive employee personal data within the HRIS system.
• Monitoring the main HR email queue, creating internal support cases, and distributing tickets to the correct HR Consultants for resolution.
• Appropriately triaging and routing employee requests to other internal departments when additional information or specialized support is needed.
