Job Description
Only qualified Graphic Designer candidates located near Manhattan New York 10038 area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence (2–3 days in office 2–3 remote)



Education

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BFA) in Arts or Graphic Design or equivalent experience



Qualifications

• 5 plus years of graphic design experience

• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills

• Ability to create original artwork and illustrations from scratch

• Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment

• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills



Responsibilities-

• Scan photos into the computer and lay out pages or a series of pages under the direction of the department

• File film and archive computer files and film

• Design pick up pages and projects on the computer as assigned

• Pull film for alternate selects for merchants production or film and layout reviews

• Update scans and files on the system and maintain an organized file structure

• Copy and distribute coverage sets for film and layout reviews, and assist the copy department with distribution

• Assist merchants with film and print-out techniques

• Collaborate with Art Director and creative team on design execution

• Create graphic artwork used on apparel such as tshirts sleepwear and other garments

• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and seasonal artwork requests
