Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Designer to develop visually compelling, strategically structured, and effective sales enablement materials that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. This role supports business development efforts through the design and development of external client-facing presentations, finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, microapps, and other sales enablement assets. A critical component of the position is information design—transforming complex concepts, data, product capabilities, and value propositions into intuitive and engaging visual experiences that resonate with clients and prospects. The Designer will ensure deliverables align with established brand standards while supporting the needs of diverse business lines and sales teams. The role also supports the maintenance and administration of content within Seismic, including maintaining current compliance approvals. This is a highly collaborative position that partners closely with marketing, sales, product teams, subject matter experts, and other business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Design a wide range of external, client-facing sales and marketing materials, including sales presentations, finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, microapps, and digital assets.
• Apply information design principles to organize and communicate complex content, data, and messaging in a clear, compelling, and visually engaging manner.
• Design, develop, and implement both standard and customized B2B sales presentations aligned with business-line objectives.
• Partner with marketing, sales, product teams, and subject matter experts to translate strategic messaging and complex concepts into impactful visual communications.
• Create customized finalist presentations designed to strengthen client engagement and support business development efforts.
• Develop visual frameworks, diagrams, data visualizations, and storytelling approaches that improve audience understanding and retention.
• Coordinate content development, presentation creation, and compliance approvals for products, services, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency, quality standards, and visual design best practices across all deliverables.
• Support sales enablement initiatives by maintaining presentation and content libraries within Seismic.
• Maintain current compliance approvals for sales enablement materials.
• Contribute to projects supporting the strategic objectives of marketing, sales, and client services teams.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design capabilities with business acumen and storytelling skills. They can take dense or highly technical information and turn it into polished, easy-to-understand client-facing materials that help sales teams communicate value effectively. They are comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders, working within brand and compliance requirements, and managing several projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
