Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years’ experience

• Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility, Experience with version control (Git), Understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• On Call: The on-call person for each team rotates weekly, with each person's turn coming up every 3 or 4 weeks, depending on the size of the team.

• They cover will be expected to cover any “after-hours” validations that come up (rare occasions), and they handle the team's daily validations through the week and over the weekend that get reported to the RELY team.

• Anticipated 10 or 15 minutes to complete each day.



Job Responsibilities:

• UI Developer is responsible for designing and building intuitive, responsive user interfaces for web applications.

• This role partners with designers, product teams, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centered digital experiences.

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features for web applications Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, scalable code Build reusable components and front-end libraries Ensure applications are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability Debug and resolve front-end issues and browser compatibility challenges Collaborate with designers and developers to improve user experience and functionality Integrate front-end code with APIs and backend services Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
