• Prior experience in the financial services industry

Job Duties:
• Field shareholder inquiries regarding client mutual funds, account setup, transaction procedures, and account status
• Accept and process transactions, account maintenance requests, and requests for fund literature
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
• Provide telephone support for retail and institutional shareholders
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement aligned with ISO 9001 standards

Job Summary:
Client’s Global Fund Services (GFS) provides comprehensive support to fund sponsors through fund administration, compliance, legal administration, fund accounting, fulfillment, distribution and marketing, custody, securities lending, transfer agent and shareholder services, and alternative investment product services. Our solutions allow fund sponsors to focus on investing while we help protect their business interests and minimize risk. As a Transfer Agent, you will serve as a liaison to over 200 mutual fund and alternative investment companies and their shareholders. We offer multiple opportunities for detail-oriented, efficient individuals who can multitask and deliver a superior level of service. You will build strong relationships with high-profile clients and their shareholders through excellent communication and service delivery.

Training Information:
• 5 days per week, fully onsite during training (approximately 8 weeks)
• Hours during training: 8 am - 4:30/5:00 pm (two 15 minute breaks, 30 minute lunch)
• Position will convert to 3 days per week onsite, after completion of training
