Job Description
Education:

• Must have a high school diploma with all skills; an Associate Degree is a plus



Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Looking for at least 2 years of experience

• Excel experience is required-- data analysis, pivot tables, etc..

• Hybrid position- 2-3 days in the office

• Possible conversion, but need to see as the position and the candidate progress in the role.

• Prefers a person on site 2-3 days a week, but if you have all skills, remote is considered, but need to work the 8:00-5:00 CST working time



Experience:

• 2+years. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and experience or interest in data analytics, reporting tools, or automation (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.



Position Description:

• Supports Supply Chain Finance activities through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

• This role assists with routine and non-routine financial tasks.

• Working with finance and operational teams to improve financial processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.

• Needs professional know-how, methods, tools and principles, and to apply these to differing situations.

• Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, and to contribute to projects or assignments, or to support development of guidelines, methods, tools or business processes.



Key Responsibilities:

• This position will monitor financial and operational processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.

• This will involve analyzing large datasets for inconsistencies, identifying priority issues, and driving resolution by engaging with cross-functional teams in the organization.

• A willingness to develop business understanding and contribute to the team effort is a plus. The ability to generate ideas and drive improvements to processes, business methods or technical components is desired



Experience: 2+years.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and experience or interest in data analytics, reporting tools, or automation (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.
