Job Description
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required



Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Over 3 years of demonstrated analyst experience

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

• Experience working within SAP environments

• Background in operations or manufacturing environments

• Experience in food production or food service strongly preferred

• Experience working in cross-functional teams

• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in at least one core function:

• Billing

• Data Management

• Pricing

• Solid analytical and mathematical skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook



Abilities & Work Expectations:

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends approximately once every two months)

• Strong work ethic and accountability

• Ability to meet tight timelines in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset

• Regular, reliable attendance

• Work hours may occasionally exceed 40 per week



Position Summary:

The Pricing & Data Analyst- ASG is a data-driven role supporting pricing and account services functions for airline catering, including analysis related to flights, ingredients, and menu specifications. This position works closely with data procurement teams, industrial engineers, pricing, billing, and account leadership, reporting directly to the Hiring Manager. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, with structured training provided. Core work includes pricing support, billing, master data accuracy, and menu specification management. The analyst partners closely with Pricing, Billing, Data Management, Industrial Engineering, Account Executives, and Operations



Key Responsibilities:

• Perform continuous audits to ensure master data accuracy and consistency in catering systems

• Interface with buyers, SAP coordinators, Business Process Improvement teams, Pricing, Billing, and Menu Specification Analysts across multiple kitchens

• Collect, interpret, and validate menu specifications for assigned airline accounts; resolve discrepancies

• Partner with airline Account Executives, Gate Gourmet units, Pricing, Data Management, and Collections/Credit teams to reduce recurring issues

• Monitor and interpret airline specification changes to ensure upstream lead times are met

• Use JIRA for issue tracking and resolution

• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for system and process improvements

• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting off-hours and weekend needs

The Account Services Group (ASG) supports airline customers through critical business functions, including:



• Billing

• Pricing

• Data Management

• Airline Account Support

• SAP & Operational Analytics

• Cross-functional coordination with catering and airline operations

• Ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers
