Overview:
This is a hands-on Business Operations Coordinator role supporting the Client Services Leadership Team. The position focuses on keeping business cadences running on time, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, supporting headcount and budget tracking, preparing simple reports, assisting with internal communications, helping onboard new hires, and supporting operational projects. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and helping leaders stay aligned.
Job Duties
• Schedule and coordinate staff meetings, offsites, and business reviews
• Ensure materials are collected, decisions are documented, and follow-ups are tracked
• Maintain the Services business planning calendar and align with corporate timelines
• Support preparation of presentations and updates for internal use
• Track headcount and open roles in partnership with People and Recruiting teams
• Support budget tracking and req approval processes with Finance
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners on workforce and location strategy tasks
• Create and maintain ad hoc reports and trackers as needed
• Assist with business continuity processes and other operational projects
• Partner with the People Partner on engagement activities, onboarding, and internal communications
• Support employee engagement touchpoints such as pulse checks, recognition, or event logistics
• Ensure information and updates flow smoothly across the org by preparing follow-ups and reminders
