Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED with seven (7) years of related experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field with three (3) years of related experience



Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience in Bank Operations

• Business Systems Analyst experience

• QA/Testing experience (qTest, JIRA)

• Ability to translate operational needs into system requirements

• Experience supporting core systems, integrations, or branch initiatives

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to research, analyze data, and derive insights

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong prioritization and organizational skills

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable collaborating with Operations, IT, vendors, and leadership

• Mindset aligned with servant leadership and continuous improvement



Job Overview:

The Enterprise Operations Analyst / Business Systems Analyst is responsible for administering defined procedures, preparing and analyzing reports, and supporting projects with a focus on process improvement. This role involves analyzing business issues, recommending solutions to improve operational efficiency and quality, and ensuring compliance with established standards.



Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data insights with business goals, including capacity planning, forecasting, and costing

• Translate business and operational needs into system and functional requirements

• Support QA testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system enhancements

• Contribute to workflow/process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives

• Create and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, vendors, and leadership

• Manage small projects or contribute to larger project teams and task forces

• Own and maintain regular reporting and process administration tasks

• Analyze and resolve moderately complex operational, system-related, and customer issues
