Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, marketing, analytics, business, engineering, or related degree
Preferred Certifications & Licenses:
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance (if applicable)
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong consultation, facilitation, negotiation, influence, and customer service skills (or ability to develop them)
• Understanding of competitive business challenges
• Ability to understand and support financial services value proposition
• Ability to identify financial services strategies that complement organizational strategy
• Willingness and ability to travel
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Internship or comparable experience in a financial services delivery function
• Exposure to finance & accounting, business planning, enterprise planning, portfolio management, treasury, or commercial energy solutions

This is a professional, developmental role designed to build broad knowledge of Client’s Financial Services (FS) organization. The incumbent may rotate through various FS functional areas and/or business units to gain exposure to finance operations, strategy, and leadership. The role focuses on developing foundational expertise, understanding Client’s business model, and strengthening Client and customer partnerships while building best-practice financial services capabilities.
Job Duties:
• Become familiar with Client’s business, organization structure, key decision-makers, and FS processes and procedures.
• Interact with FS leaders and team members to understand strategic direction.
• Develop working knowledge of critical FS functions, including:
Finance & Accounting
Business Planning
Enterprise Planning
Portfolio Management
Treasury
Commercial Energy Solutions
• Learn and apply organizational policies and procedures across business units
• Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to support business needs
• Proactively develop understanding of policies, procedures, and organizational culture and communicate them to employees
• Focus on personal professional development and stay current with FS best practices
• Implement functions that strengthen Client and customer partnerships
• Travel to different Client’s locations as required
