Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Proven experience in pricing and rebate contract development, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer-facing agreements.
• Strong ability to lead and coordinate complete, accurate, and timely RFP/RFI responses across cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing full contract lifecycle activities, including contract execution, repository maintenance, and compliance with pricing/rebate terms.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations to support contract strategy and delivery.
• Skilled in reviewing and optimizing internal processes and technologies to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Strong relationship-management skills with internal stakeholders such as Contracting, Customer Intelligence, EAM, and Contract Management teams.
Contracts And Pricing Analyst Job Duties:
• Develop strategic pricing and rebate contracts in partnership with EAM and Sales leaders, ensuring financial benefit for both the company and customers.
• Review sales proposals for products, services, and business-unit–specific contract language to determine feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Draft, edit, and write original proposals and sales-related documents, leveraging contract language to deliver strong and market-relevant agreements.
• Lead and coordinate complete, timely, and accurate responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring a consistent and professional proposal package.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Distribution, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, and Quality/Regulatory teams for contract and proposal development.
• Manage pricing and rebate contract execution to ensure compliance and accurate discount application for all eligible customers.
• Partner with Legal and external customers to develop and maintain master terms & conditions templates to improve contract speed and efficiency.
• Upload fully executed contracts into internal repositories and maintain organized, up-to-date contract databases.
• Continuously evaluate internal processes and technologies to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Contracting, Customer Intelligence, EAM, Contract Management, and broader Commercial Operations teams.
