Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent.



Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience.

• Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Strong business-partnering skills and the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.



Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other Fortune 500 environment.

• Experience with S&OP, IBP, demand/sales planning, or supply-chain finance.

• Experience with financial consolidation across multiple business units or functions.

• Experience supporting Marketing, Sales, Operations, or Supply Chain organizations.

• Experience improving financial reporting systems, planning processes, or reporting automation.

• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and cash-flow metrics.



Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join the Division FP&A organization in Princeton, NJ. This role will provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support to the business while partnering closely with cross-functional and senior business leaders.

The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A experience in a large, complex, preferably manufacturing environment, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, consolidation, S&OP/IBP, and management reporting.



Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage financial plans, Latest Best Estimates (LBE), and Long-Range Projections (LRP) for P&L and balance-sheet metrics.

• Develop financial analyses and management reports that support business reviews, strategic decisions, and performance management.

• Coordinate planning calendars, key deliverables, and timelines across supported business and functional areas.

• Build and maintain efficient financial planning tools, templates, reporting models, and processes.

• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting processes, and planning efficiency.

• Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes through monthly financial performance reporting.

• Analyze sales, expense, working capital, cash conversion cycle, and other key financial and operational metrics.

• Partner with the Global Marketing organization on annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Support month-end close activities, including revenue analysis, journal entries, expense summaries, and project-spend analysis.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reporting, forecasts, and projections.

• Maintain finance scorecards and monitor deliverables across finance organizations.

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and lead cross-functional analytical projects for senior management.

• Develop financial models, perform data analysis, and prepare presentations that translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.

• Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, compliant with GAAP, and aligned with company policies and controls.
