Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills:
• Strong Financial Analysis/Modeling skills
• Strong analytical skills: ability to compile data and effectively problem solve high-level, strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of business principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of tailoring message to audience
• MS Excel skills
• Self-starter with ability to operate independently, identify and implement process improvements, and adjust priorities to achieve objectives and operate with speed and agility
Preferred Skills:
• Advanced MS Excel skills strongly desired
Responsibilities:
• Involved in finance and accounting activities
• Conducts financial analyses; develops and prepares financial plans and budgets, interprets financial reports and tax returns
• Establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets
• Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports
