***Fully Remote, Local Hawaii Candidates preferred, Open for candidates based out of California, Oregon and Washington states******

***CTH position***

***Expected Shift: Day, 8am - 5pm Hawaii Time***

Required Level of Education:

Bachelor's degree in finance related field







Preferred Level of Education:

• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate: Minimum 2 years related experience in financial analysis and budgeting

• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Microsoft Office Suite

• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Oracle, PeopleSoft, IBM Cognos Analytics, Power BI, Strata

• Any Required Certifications: No

• Top Three things Worker will be doing:

Budgeting, data integrity (validation and documentation of metrics), and report production and analysis

• Top Three Skillsets needed:

1. Strong analytical skills in financial data, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling

2. Proficiency with data management and reporting

3. Strong communication skills to foster effective teamwork but also communication of financial terms/data with non-financial leaders



Job Description:

Prepares complex financial trend and data analysis reports. May be accountable for the coordination, compilation, and distribution of financial data by junior staff. Performs financial analysis upon identification of variances and prepares summary of key findings. Responsible for more complex departments/functions. Participates in the planning and development of regional, departmental, and/or functional budgets. May be responsible for budget system completion. Participates in projects of moderate complexity as assigned and may lead projects of low complexity.

Experience in financial analysis within a hospital, healthcare system, or related industry is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates with a strong desire to learn, grow, strong problem-solving skills, and team-oriented
