Job Description
Required Education
• High school Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Required Experience:
• Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience in managing supplier invoices and assisting then to login to SAP network
• Strong communication skills (suppliers and internal teams)
• Ability to manage multiple requests and work
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge or Experience of ARIBA would be a plus
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support to suppliers (invoices, payments, queries)
• Handle basic issue resolution (level 1–2) in SAP Business Network and invoicing
• Support MDG activities (vendor data creation/updates)
• Assist internal teams and suppliers during training sessions
• Track, document, and follow up on requests and issues
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
• Ensure timely responses and maintain service levels - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
