Position Overview:
As an HVAC Field Operations Quote Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the HVAC PSA Service Quality Team by managing and reviewing technician and mechanic Labor & Material (L&M) quotes within NxGen, service management platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate quote completion and delivery to customers, helping drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and follow up on technician-generated quotes in NxGen to ensure completion and customer delivery.
• Collaborate with field teams to resolve quote-related issues and improve turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quote status and outcomes.
