Job Description
Required Education

• High School Diploma



Required Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Proficient email management

• Professional written & verbal communication

• Organization of dynamic scheduling & administrative tasks

• Ability to create concise, clear documents

• Collaborative working style

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex schedules, coordinating with internal and external attendees.

• Plan and prepare materials for meetings to ensure participants are well-informed.

• Draft and distribute emails and documents in collaboration with subject matter experts.

• Attend team meetings, document action items, and track follow-ups.

• Book and manage travel arrangements.
