• 5+ years’ experience supporting executive - level staff members
• Proven experience delivering a high level of internal and external customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Diligent attention to detail
• Intermediate to Expert level Microsoft Word /PowerPoint / Excel / Word / Visio experience
Nice to Have
• Healthcare experience is a plus
Overview
This position is part of the Administrative Team and reports directly to leadership. The role supports the CEO, LTSS Executive Director, and LTSS Leadership Team with office management duties. It involves working closely with multiple C-level leaders and coordinating across executive-level functions.

• Experience supporting executive-level leaders in a professional office environment
• Strong administrative background with exposure to high-level coordination and scheduling
• Ability to work independently in complex and fast-paced environments
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
Top Responsibilities
• Must be professional and comfortable interacting with executive-level leaders; must also be prepared to handle the complexity of coordinating travel, meetings and visitors at this level. This position will be supporting multiple C - level leaders
• Manage meetings (scheduling, material preparation and distribution, coordinating remote participants)
• Manage calendars with ability to resolve multiple calendar conflicts
• Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
• Onboard new staff
• Act as an administrative process guru and resource for the team
• Recruiting - schedule candidate interviews and travel logistics
• Schedule travel and manage expense reimbursement
• Work is frequently completed without established procedures
• Self - directed and works independently
• May coordinate activities for other leaders
• Provide internal and external customer service to employees, vendors and clients
