Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area required or equivalent, relevant experience
Required Skills
• Ability to speak Korean would be required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task / Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Customer service focus; ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to gain a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy jobs, qualifications, comp practices and related admin practices
• Prompt and regular attendance within our onsite operations
• Flexibility to work adjusted shifts as necessary
• Valid driver’s license and clean/acceptable driving history
• Ability to translate Korean to English and English to Korean
• Ability to understand industry terminology
• Ability to effectively communicate in translated language
Preferred Skills
• Japanese and/or Polish would be beneficial
Required Experience
• 1 to 2+ years as a Korean translator or Secretary related experience, but not required
Job Duties
• Administrative support for executives to include, but not limited to: document creation, meeting scheduling and executive calendar support, executive travel scheduling, event planning/support and processing receipts
• Propose appropriate logistics related to key project milestones, events, meetings and community engagement activities
• Translate Korean to English and English to Korean during meetings or daily routine
• Draft communications to large audiences based on approved direction or talking points
• Maintain various records and documents for company executives
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
• Provide administrative and office support, and maintenance of filing system.
• Other executive assistant functions as determined
Job Summary
As an Executive Support Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a wide range of daily tasks including scheduling, visual management, meeting planning, resource coordination, and other duties as assigned. In addition to these core administrative responsibilities, the position requires professional-level Korean language skills — the successful candidate will handle live interpretation, bilingual correspondence, and cross-cultural communication support during high-stakes meetings and executive interactions. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
