• 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within large, complex organizations
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar) MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), calendar management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and external partners
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Prior entertainment industry experience
• Prior Paramount or subsidiary experience
• C-Suite experience
• Experience with event planning or special project coordination
Overview:
Support EVP and above executives. Provide high level administrative support. Coverage for a leave of absence. Scheduling: Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements. Project Work: Assisting with specialized projects, such as event coordination for June 3-4 Streaming Finance Annual Meeting. Coverage for leave 4 weeks for Sonia. Vacation coverage for Matt’s executive (Suzanne B.) and/or Vacation coverage for Sonia. Heavy Support: Elizabeth, EVP and Chief Financial Officer, DTC Segment. Light Support: Malikah, Rosanna, Romeo. Weekly Timeline: Week #1 5/18 75% Working on Annual Meeting Event Planning / 25% Coverage Training. Week #2 5/25 50% Working on Annual Meeting Event Planning / 50% Coverage Training. Week #3 6/1 100% Working on Annual Meeting Event Planning, Annual Meeting June 03-04. Week #4 6/8-6/29 100% Administrative Assistant Duties as Medical Coverage Begins (for Sonia H); must be available to work during these dates as they will be providing full time coverage for LOA. July–August projects/daily coverage TBC.
Job Duties
• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
• Prepare and coordinate logistics for meetings
• Screen and prioritize incoming communications and respond or delegate as appropriate
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership teams as needed
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
• Ensure the Executive’s office runs smoothly and is equipped for daily operations
• Liaise with IT, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions as needed
• Assist with specialized projects, such as event coordination for June 3-4 Streaming Finance Annual Meeting
• Manage special projects and other duties as assigned

• Candidate must be available to work during 6/8-6/29 for full-time coverage
• Strong Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills are required
