Onsite Relationship Specialist Overview

• The Onsite Relationship Specialist supports the daily operations of a General Office by serving as the primary point of contact for agents, clients, and visitors while providing administrative support to the Managing Partner and leadership team.

• Responsibilities include customer service, office administration, accounts payable and receivable coordination, meeting preparation, facility coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.

• The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple administrative responsibilities while delivering exceptional service..



Job Duties

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and management team

• Serve as the first point of contact for agents and clients

• Greet visitors and maintain a professional front desk environment

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

• Process agent payment requests and operational expenses

• Reconcile purchase cards

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

• Distribute correspondence in accordance with regulatory guidelines

• Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting preparation

• Assist with facility management and maintenance requests

• Troubleshoot basic office and local network issues

• Coordinate onboarding resources for new agents

• Complete fingerprinting administration for candidates

• Prepare reports and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned
