Job Description
***NOTE***
-Due to the nature of the role, occasional Saturday work may be required.
-Flexibility to shift the workweek to a Tuesday–Saturday schedule during those periods is necessary.
-When this schedule adjustment occurs, Saturday hours are worked as part of the regular schedule and are NOT eligible for Overtime compensation.
Requirements:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community engagement events, including volunteer activities, collection drives, and local initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with organizational goals
• Manage event logistics end-to-end, including partner coordination, associate communication, and on-site execution
• Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners, internal teams, and associates to drive participation and engagement
• Track and report on event performance, participation metrics, and outcomes to support continuous improvement
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and pre/post event reporting
Overview (Corporate Engagement & Events Coordinator):
This position is responsible for associate community engagement activities within a specific region, and will play a pivotal role in identifying, creating, and implementing opportunities to connect and activate client’s associates within their local communities. Activities include, but are not limited to, managing volunteer opportunities, collection drives, and community sponsored events.
Responsibilities:
• Work with leadership to develop a strong local portfolio of community engagement events that deliver meaningful impact and visible brand representation, including event activation planning and on-site execution with nonprofit partners.
• Design and deliver associate volunteer and community engagement events, including external partner vetting, associate and stakeholder outreach, and day of event logistics management.
• Plan and manage site-wide collection drives aligned to priority community needs, coordinating with external partners and internal teams to ensure effective logistics, communication, and participation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and client's site stakeholders to understand local interests, increase awareness, drive participation, and ensure community activities meet site and associate needs.
• Support and collaborate with other client's stakeholders to help achieve their associate community engagement goals.
Manage all administrative aspects of community engagement activities, including:
a) Pre and post event reporting
b) Performance monitoring and continuous improvement (PDCA)
c) Activity budget tracking and management
d) Processing invoices - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
