Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.



Required Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of corporate event marketing and tradeshow experience.

• Experience managing large-scale events within the technology industry.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Must be based in the Bay Area and able to work onsite in Santa Clara.

• Willing to travel several times per year for week-long events.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Large tradeshow exhibit management.

• Semiconductor, AI, gaming, or enterprise technology experience.

• Product launch and executive event experience.

• Marketing-focused approach with strong business acumen.

• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.





We're seeking an experienced Global Events Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of world-class events that support marketing and business objectives. You'll manage a wide range of events, including global tradeshows, product launches, customer and partner events, executive briefings, technical sessions, and conferences. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration with marketing, engineering, product, creative services, IT, and external vendors to deliver exceptional event experiences.



Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of physical and virtual events.

• Define event goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop event branding, booth experiences, demonstrations, and marketing collateral.

• Manage speaker logistics, presentation timelines, rehearsals, and onsite support.

• Coordinate shipping, venue logistics, staffing, rooming lists, meeting schedules, and event operations.

• Manage relationships with exhibit houses, production companies, AV vendors, and other external partners.

• Track budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Measure event performance through post-event reporting and attendee feedback.
