Qualification

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and a general understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or engineering drawings is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift materials and perform occasional physical tasks.
Join our team as a Machine Build Readiness Coordinator and play a key role in keeping machine assembly projects on schedule. You'll work closely with engineering, technicians, and the machine shop to ensure materials, documentation, and components are organized and available before production begins.
Responsibilities
• Receive and inspect commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) parts and custom-manufactured components.
• Track outstanding parts and proactively monitor delivery status.
• Organize and stage materials for machine assembly.
• Print, organize, and maintain work instructions, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians, engineering, and the machine shop to resolve missing, incorrect, or delayed parts.
• Package completed machine kits for shipment, including crating and palletizing.
• Notify internal customers when builds are complete and ready for delivery.
• Maintain accurate records while supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
