• Epic Radiant certified



Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years Healthcare IT project implementation experience

• Experience with Radiology and related interfaces, including analysis, build and testing

• Experience Prioritizes user requests for enhancements to Epic EMR system

• Demonstrates integrated information system functionality to a variety of audiences, including physicians, providers, and leadership

• Experience working with multiple clinical information systems or system implementation teams for complex projects and/or application development

• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of clinical practices and principles

• Experience with methods and tools to the systems development life cycle as related to clinical informatics

• Demonstrated ability to gather information from multiple sources and analyze applicability and appropriateness and develop an efficient workflow and subsequent computerized process

• Experience with designing and monitoring technology-enabled organizational change

• Experience with quality improvement principles, practices, and tools into system design

• Experience with coordinating system development and implementation with relevant clinical operations initiatives and informatics projects

• Experience with advanced application of adult learning principles and clinical system design standards

• Experience with organizational strategies, business operations, and end-user requirements to develop system design and training projects

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and change management skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships



Epic Radiant Analyst Summary

Client Heath IT Applications Team is seeking a Radiant build analyst to work with Radiology operations to implement the new 48X Ambulatory Surgery Center building Radiology workflows.

The Radiant build analyst will be dedicated to implementing Epic Radiant system enhancements. The Radiant analyst has general Radiology, IR, supply and charging-related workflows background. This position reports to the Supervisor of the Radiant team and works in partnership with the application build team and operational stakeholders.



Responsibilities:

• Working with other application analysts and Radiology operational stakeholders to collect requirements for all Radiology workflows

• Ensures the Epic Radiant team completes Radiology design and build for all modalities which will be providing services in the 48X building

• Performs workflow, including charge testing, and partners with operational stakeholders in identifying and implementing a training plan, as needed

• Facilitates meetings and produces necessary agendas and minutes for effective technical implementations, and user adoption

• Partners with Radiology operations to identify and implement the key performance indicators needed to measure successful outcomes

• Escalates, in partnership with IT leadership, to program governance when needing support to resolve escalations

• Performs application build activities throughout the software development lifecycle to implement Epic application build updates necessary to meet customer requirements

• Provides weekly status reports to project leadership on status of various assignments and escalations
