Job Description
***Only qualified Enterprise Architect - Data Governance Operations Support candidates located near the Bismarck ND area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in related field such as computer science

PREFERRED CERTIFICATION:
• One of the following certifications is highly desired: CDMP PMP or equivalent data governance/project management certification
• Preferred certifications include:
• DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
• DCAM Certification
• PMP or CAPM

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
• Experience with program coordination or governance operations, data management, business operations or related enterprise support. (5+ Years)
• Strong documentation tracking and follow-up skills
• Ability to coordinate across business and IT stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

The Data Governance Operations Support role will provide tactical coordination and operational support to ensure DG pilots, intake processes, standards rollouts and DG related project work move efficiently across business, IT, and program stakeholders. This role will also work with client to ensure alignment with statewide data governance efforts, policies, standards, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate pilot implementation across programs
• Support governance intake workflows and follow-up actions
• Track checklist compliance onboarding progress and standards adoption
• Support modernization projects with embedded Data Governance guidance
• Maintain documentation reporting meeting notes and action items tracking
• Coordinate with data stewards business teams IT and project stakeholders
