Job Description
***Only qualified Enterprise Architect - Adoption & Literacy Coordinator candidates located near the Bismarck ND area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's Degree

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
• Experience with Data Governance data management training change enablement or enterprise program adoption
• Strong writing facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to develop clear training onboarding and literacy materials
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
• Experience with Health and Human Services public sector or large enterprise environments
• Experience developing data literacy stewardship governance onboarding or change enablement materials
• Familiarity with business glossaries metadata data standards reporting dashboards or governance platforms

The Data Governance Adoption and Literacy Coordinator will establish a functional Data Governance literacy and adoption model by developing role-based competencies, steward onboarding standards, training materials, communications coordination, governance curriculum and practical guidance aligned to the enterprise data strategy. This role will also work with client to ensure alignment with statewide data governance efforts, policies, standards, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define role-based Data Governance competencies for owners stewards analysts business users
• Develop the HHS DG literacy framework aligned to enterprise data strategy
• Establish certification/onboarding standards and practical guidance for data stewards
• Design a governance capability roadmap across divisions
• Coordinate with communications and change management teams on DG awareness and adoption
• Develop tool proficiency guidance for glossary metadata standards and governance platform usage
