Job Description
Required Skills
• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of personal computers, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies to identify root cause.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineering documents, e.g., schematics or diagrams.
• Ability to maintain necessary product records and documentation.
• Ability to work independently.

Desired Skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and electronic components.
• Knowledge of test equipment, e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Electronics
o Electrician/Electrical contracting
o On-road/off-road automotive repair
o Communication/Networking hardware
o Robotics, automation, or mechatronics
o Farming

Job Duties
1. Conduct manual test of electronic assemblies and document results.
2. Set up lab equipment per engineering instruction.
3. Perform maintenance on equipment and products.

Typical Day
• Testing electronic assemblies in a lab or manufacturing environment.
• Setting up and calibrating test equipment according to engineering instructions.
• Troubleshooting issues and documenting test results.
• Performing basic maintenance on equipment and tested products.
• Working independently while supporting engineering and production teams.

Job Description
• Test electronic products to qualify for production readiness.
Additional Notes:
• Onsite position – candidates must be willing to relocate and be onsite from day one.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position.
• Required education: A.S. in Electronics, two-year technical diploma, equivalent military certification, or equivalent experience.
• Required experience: Minimum one year related experience (three or more years preferred).
• Metatarsal safety footwear is required.
