- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

Role Overview
As a Data Analyst working on AI Measurements you will play a pivotal role in defining AI measurement strategies, building trust, driving adoption, and ensuring clear communication around our AI tools and measurement methodologies. You will serve as the connective tissue between the Linguistic and Software Engineers working on AI Measurement and product stakeholders, ensuring that documentation, messaging, and enablement materials are world-class and drive both understanding and usage across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and develop AI measurement frameworks Become deeply familiar with the way Client measures the success and health of AI tools.
• Use data analysis and data visualization to measure, track, and report the health of AI systems.
• Develop new metrics to expand the current measurement framework to more products and domains.
• Build trust in AI measurements
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and accessible documentation that demystifies AI measurement methodologies, tools, and results with a focus on metrics explainability.
• Craft messaging that highlights the rigor, reliability, and value of our AI measurement approaches to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactively address common questions, misconceptions, and concerns through FAQs, guides, and internal communications.
• Bridge the gap between AI Measurements and Product Improvements Act as a liaison between AI measurement teams (LE + SWE) and product teams, ensuring insights and feedback flow seamlessly in both directions.
• Translate, through data analyses, visualization and reports, complex measurement outcomes into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
• Organize and facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and office hours to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Market Tools for Efficient AI Measurements Develop and execute internal campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of AI measurement tools and best practices.
• Create enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, video tutorials) that empower teams to leverage measurement tools effectively.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback to inform future tool development and documentation enhancements.
• Drive Organizational Efficiency
• Identify and address gaps in communication, documentation, and tool adoption that hinder efficient AI measurement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Data Science, UX) to streamline onboarding and support processes.
• Measure, track, and report on the impact of documentation and marketing initiatives, iterating based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
• Required
• Proven experience in Data Analytics skills (e.g. Python, SQL) Proven experience in technical writing/documentation.
