Job Description

Required Skills
• 4-year engineering or technology degree
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and execute test and/or analysis plans for product verification and validation, including:
1. Planning and coordinating test and analysis work for projects varying in complexity from single component to complete development programs of broad scope
2. Aiding in establishing short- and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities
3. Operating in a team environment within PV&V and the Engineering design community
4. Analyzing complex data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations
5. Communicating within a cross-functional team across multiple sites to drive results
6. Leading and executing vehicle tests
7. Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field or external laboratory testing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to write clearly and concisely
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to work 1st shift
• Metatarsal shoes/boots required
• Driving required (use of personal vehicle for travel to local client facilities)

Desired Skills
• Experience with product verification/validation planning and execution
• Knowledge of systematic corrective action processes (PDCA, 8D, 5-Why, etc.)
• Exposure to riding lawn equipment and/or utility vehicle (UTV, ATV) products and applications

Job Duties
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and document product verification and validation activities for components, systems, and complete vehicle development programs.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to align test plans with design goals and development timelines.
• Analyze test data, identify issues, and present recommendations for corrective actions.
• Support domestic travel needs to field locations or external labs for testing.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to review upcoming test needs
• Prepare or update test plans
• Lead onsite vehicle tests or component-level test events
• Document results and analyze test data
• Communicate findings across multiple internal teams
• Travel locally to other client facilities as needed

Job Description
This position performs product verification and validation planning for various product lines. Responsibilities include test planning, execution, data analysis, cross-functional communication, and supporting product reliability improvements. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, engineering aptitude, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment with occasional travel and onsite testing requirements.
