What You’ll Do
As part of the Expert Care National - High Touch Technical Support (HTTS) team, you will work with an outstanding team of Tier 3 Technical Consulting Engineers. The Expert Care National - HTTS team specialization in one of or more core technologies while understanding foundations of our network products, protocols, and best practices. You will work as part of a collaborative team to provide support during critical network issues as well as managing a case load of lower critical issues.
Who You’ll Work With
The Expert Care National - HTTS team provides Tier 3 technical support at security classification to the Federal and SLED customer base via phone, email, web, and remote access for R/S, Security, Collaboration, Data Center, Wireless, Service Provider (both hardware and software) to Client customers, partners, account teams, and other engineers to independently troubleshoot & debug product problems. Expert Care National - HTTS in US Public Sector provides our Federal, SLED, and other customers operating within the regulatory space Client leading-edge technical support and services natively; thus transforming the way our customers meet their critical mission and business needs.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
• Sole US Citizenship.
• Client CCNP-CCIE equivalent expertise troubleshooting/supporting: Wireless, Wireless LAN Controller, AireOS 8.x and later, and/or CAT9800 running IOS-XE
• Resolution leader, problem-solving - troubleshooting methodology
• Communication & Facilitation, Listening & Affirmation, Influence & Persuasion, Public speaking & Presentation, Coaching
• A team player focused on customer success
Desired Skills:
• BS degree in a technical field (CS/EE preferred)
• Client Expertise troubleshooting/supporting with any of the following: familiarity with 802.11ax, routing/switching protocols, VXLAN, SD-WAN, DNAC, and/or Security ISE
• Client Network Certifications (i.e. CCT, CCST, CCDA, CCDP, CCDE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc.)
