Job Description
Required Education//Certifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience, with strong Python backend coding skills.
• Hands-on experience with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit).
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI models and applications, including LLMs or other generative architectures.
• Experience building AI agents from scratch, including the AI logic and backend infrastructure that makes the AI work.
• Experience with Google ADK or similar Google AI/ML platforms and SDKs.
• Understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Strong React development skills for dynamic, responsive user interfaces and sophisticated chat experiences.
• Experience implementing chat functionality, including HTTP streaming, asynchronous processing, secure file uploads, and advanced chat formatting.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• AI infrastructure experience, including MCP servers, REST endpoints, RAG databases, and semantic queries.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strict ownership of assigned work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python/Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI models, AI agents, and AI-powered applications. The role focuses on building AI capabilities from the ground up, including the backend infrastructure and intelligence that power sophisticated applications and chat experiences. The developer will use Python and deep learning frameworks to develop and integrate Generative AI capabilities, while leveraging React to create dynamic, responsive interfaces with real-time HTTP streaming, asynchronous processing, secure file uploads, and advanced formatting. The role spans the AI lifecycle from research and prototyping through production deployment, including model optimization and fine-tuning, robust data pipelines, and scalable AI infrastructure. The successful candidate will collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver efficient solutions. The position also emphasizes responsible and ethical AI deployment, clean and maintainable code, software development best practices, architectural collaboration, technical guidance, and effective troubleshooting of AI models and applications.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models, including LLMs, GANs, VAEs, and Diffusion Models, using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Build AI agents from scratch and develop the backend infrastructure that enables AI capabilities.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems and develop new AI-powered applications.
• Build and maintain dynamic, responsive React chat interfaces with HTTP streaming, asynchronous processing, secure file uploads, and advanced chat formatting.
• Conduct research and stay current with advancements in Generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop robust data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain AI infrastructure, including MCP servers, REST endpoints, RAG databases, and semantic query capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure responsible and ethical deployment of AI models in accordance with best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and debug AI models and applications, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and other issues.
