Job Description

***Only qualified Entry Level Engineers located in the Stanton, TN area will be considered due to the role being hybrid and requiring onsite presence 3 days per week***
**Must be fluent in Korean**

Looking for an entry-level Engineer to do a bit of everything. Would consider recent grads.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline to be determined by business needs
2. 1-5 years related engineering experience, including demonstrated ability to utilize engineering principles to solve business problems

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
1. Develops, designs, and implements plans, processes, and procedures utilizing standard engineering principles to complete assignments. Works on part of a major project or independently on smaller projects. Uses judgment in making adaptations or modifications.
2. Monitors the performance of products or operations. Analyzes data and recommends changes to improve quality, reliability, or efficiency. Assists in implementing long-range improvement plans.
3. Solves problems related to projects or operations. Provides technical assistance as necessary.
4. Conducts assigned research projects.
5. May occasionally direct technicians in research applications.
6. Ensures that work is completed within budgetary and time constraints while meeting customer and contractual demands.
7. Conducts cost analysis to determine the feasibility of proposed changes. Review alternatives to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
8. May prepare or review product documentation, written instructions, or technical literature for accuracy and completeness.
9. Performs related duties as assigned.
