Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of healthcare industry or PBM experience
• 5+ years of process improvement experience
• 5+ years of program management experience
• 5+ years of experience working in matrixed or highly collaborative organizations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
• Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams through direct and indirect leadership
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed

• Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience

Process Engineer, Strategic Process Improvement/Operations Overview
• The Process Engineer, Strategic Process Improvement/Operations is responsible for supporting enterprise-wide process excellence initiatives by driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and program management across multiple business areas
• This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, develop future-state workflows, and implement sustainable process solutions
• Responsibilities include creating process maps, performing gap analyses, identifying process defects, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and supporting organizational change initiatives
• The position also provides leadership updates, promotes continuous improvement, and helps establish governance practices to ensure consistent, scalable, and efficient business operations while aligning strategic objectives with operational execution

Job Duties
• Clarify process purpose and define process start and end points
• Identify stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and decision owners
• Conduct SME interviews and facilitate working sessions
• Review existing standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and policies
• Map end-to-end process steps, including handoffs, systems, tools, and timing
• Develop RACI matrices by listing process steps as rows and stakeholders as columns
• Assign Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) roles
• Facilitate walkthroughs with SMEs and business leaders
• Validate process accuracy, ownership, and accountability
• Resolve ownership conflicts and stakeholder alignment issues
• Update process maps and RACI documentation based on stakeholder feedback
• Finalize and publish process maps and RACI documentation
• Link process documentation to SOPs, training materials, and governance processes
• Confirm process ownership and establish review cadence
• Define and document the process for maintaining and updating process documentation
