Job Description
Required Education
• Minimum: High School diploma or GED
• Preferred: 2 years of College, Technical Trade School, or US Military training in electronics

Required Skills
• Good math and reading skills
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Access Databases)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic mechanical ability and understanding
• Knowledge of anti-static precautions for working with static sensitive electronic components
• Knowledge of working safely with electricity
• Knowledge of "Good Manufacturing Practices" (GMP)
• Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations
• Ability to learn the functions of infusion pumps and various configurations
• Ability to perform tasks assigned with minimal supervision
• Operate various electronic meters and test equipment
• Read blueprints, schematics and follow written instructions
• Coordinate scheduling and interface with external calibration vendors; resolve issues and maintain proper communication and reports

Job Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
• Test and calibrate indicating and recording equipment so they give proper readings
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot equipment (to the component level), and repair any damage
• Operate various electronic meters and test equipment
• Read blueprints, schematics and follow written instructions
• Coordinate scheduling and interface between external calibration vendors; resolve issues and maintain proper communication and reports
• Perform tasks assigned with minimal supervision
• Use various software packages such as MS Excel, Word, and Access Databases
• Perform other duties as assigned
