Job Description
Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required



Preferred Education

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred



Required Skills

• 2–5 years of engineering experience

• Experience in design, modeling, development, and testing of machines, structures, or systems

• Knowledge of standard engineering principles and practices

• Ability to develop functional requirements and technical specifications

• Experience creating simulations and prototypes for design evaluation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience testing and integrating components into final products

• Ability to investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Proficiency with engineering design and modeling tools



Preferred Skills

• Experience within utility, energy, or infrastructure environments

• Knowledge of quality control and process efficiency improvement

• Familiarity with product reliability, safety, and cost evaluation

• Experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams

• Understanding of engineering documentation and reporting processes

• Experience with prototype development and validation testing



Key Responsibilities

• Design, model, develop, and test engineering systems, machines, or structures

• Develop and document functional requirements for engineering projects

• Apply standard engineering principles to support project execution

• Create simulations and prototypes to evaluate preliminary designs

• Design, test, and integrate components into final systems or products

• Monitor product quality and support process efficiency improvements

• Evaluate overall design effectiveness, reliability, safety, and cost

• Investigate root causes of failures and recommend design or process improvements

• Collaborate with internal teams to support engineering deliverables
