Job Description
Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)



Experience and Background:

• 1-3 years of Human Resource experience involving the maintenance of confidential data, pre-employment screening, decision making from a template or guide, and use of appropriate interpersonal and communications skills with co-workers and candidates.

• Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Adobe PDF files.



Summary:

We are seeking an experienced I-9 Compliance Specialist to work in a professional corporate team format, and primarily working with the project team auditing and digitizing paper I-9 Forms.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sort paper I-9s according to updated reports.

• Scan paper I-9s to PDF format files.

• Work with PDF files to aggregate them into a large document.



Work Environment:

• Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) most of the workday.

• Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 30 pounds rarely.

• Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc.) rarely.

• Normal setting for this job is: Corporate office setting.
