Required Education:

Required skills:
• Experience conducting periodic audit & inspections and close out the gaps/findings either individually or by partnering with other departments
• Experience with tracking and closing compliance tasks before deadline
• Experience with invoice processing, order placing, tracking, data entry, data collection, file and folder maintenance
Role Summary:
• The EHS Coordinator supports the implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS).
• This role focuses on system development, documentation, implementation support, and continual improvement under the direction of the EHS Manager
Job Duties:
• Support the implementation and institutionalization of ISO 14001 across site operations
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and documenting environmental aspects and impacts
• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of EMS procedures, work instructions, and records
• Coordinate document control for EMS documentation in accordance with ISO 14001 requirements
• Support deployment and tracking of environmental objectives, targets, and action plans
• Assist with internal EMS audits and preparation for external certification audits
• Track, document, and follow up on nonconformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions
• Support collection and reporting of environmental performance data and KPIs
• Assist with EMS effectiveness reviews and management review inputs
• Support employee ISO 14001 awareness and implementation training
• Promote adherence to EMS operational controls and standard practices
• Support continual improvement initiatives related to environmental performance - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
