• This is a temporary legal documentation support position within the Solutions for Financial Intermediaries team in Clients Institutional Client Group.

• The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Structuring and Legal in reviewing and preparing legal documentation in relation structured products issuance.

• Responsibilities include coordinating time-sensitive material, handling confidential data, managing regulatory filings and providing support as needed.

• This role will report the Head of the Legal Documentation Unit within Clients Retail Third Party Distribution group.



Required Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as Adobe Professional.

• Effective written, listening and verbal communication skills.

• Effective problem solving, grammar, spelling, and proof reading skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills and ability tmanage multiple competing priorities and deadlines at any given time.

• Highly organized individual with special attention tdetail; motivated self-starter with initiative, sound judgment and discretion.

• Ability twork effectively both individually and within a team environment.

• Ability tinteract professionally with all levels of management and/or other departments



Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting of deal documentation (Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements and Notes) for structured products

• Liaising with Sales, Structuring and Legal teams on transactions

• Develop, test and maintain templates tenable automation of deal documentation for listed structured products issuances

• Reporting and escalating any legal-related issues tline managers as appropriate and coordinating with other members of the documentation team

• May perform other duties as required and assigned

• Above all, the job holder must be able teffectively and proactively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while applying industry and process knowledge.
