Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Skills:
• Experience in document control, quality documentation, or records management within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Managing GMP-controlled documentation, master documents, document revisions, and controlled filing systems.
• Hands-on experience reviewing or auditing manufacturing equipment maintenance, repair, and calibration records for completeness and compliance.
• Proven experience maintaining accurate, current documentation manuals and controlled records with strong attention to version control and traceability.
• Experience supporting quality assurance, GMP, FDA, or other regulated quality-system requirements in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or similar environments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify documentation discrepancies, missing records, or outdated materials and resolve them using established procedures.
Job Description:
• Provides clerical and administrative support related to documentation system requirements.
• May audit good manufacturing practices document files relating to the maintenance, repair and calibration of manufacturing equipment in order to ensure compliance with external and internal quality assurance requirements.
• Maintains documentation manuals to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date and available to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains filing of all master documents.
• This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training.
• The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making.
• The job should possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles upon which the job is based.
• The knowledge can be acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
• The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience.
• This job typically requires a minimum of 5 or more years experience.
