Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required



Preferred Education:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.



Experience Required:

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, production operations, production finance, sourcing, vendor management, or management consulting with experience supporting complex, time-sensitive business environments.



Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting production, studio, media, entertainment, live events, or other project-based operating environments preferred.



Required Qualifications:

• Will consider fewer than 10 years but they need experience working with high level executives at SVP or above, who will work independently with executives.

• Proven experience building and managing operating cadences, governance routines, and performance management frameworks.

• Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated expertise in developing procurement dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven reporting.

• Demonstrated success operating with agility, prioritizing strategically, and delivering results in fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate production needs, vendor issues, and procurement data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

• Process improvement experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

• Entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable creating structure, driving follow-up, and closing open items in evolving production environments.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting production, studio, media, entertainment, live events, or other project-based operating environments preferred.



Required Technical skills:

• Asana is the main project management tool that we use.

• Proficiency with project management, procurement, ERP, or workflow platforms, such as Asana, Smartsheet, Oracle Fusion, Airtable, Excel, or equivalent tools.

• Excel – data analytics and should have strong analytical capability and AI experience with Excel.



Preferred Technical skills:

• Oracle Fusion is preferred but not required.



Responsibilities:

• This role will be in front of executives to support and grow the group.

• They may lead meetings with the head of production.

• Managing the negotiations and the workflow for all things production procurement.

• Own and manage procurement operating routines, including weekly pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, and quarterly performance cadences, ensuring consistency and accountability across the function.

• Serve as the enterprise administrator and process owner for the procurement project management platform (Asana), maintaining initiative tracking, milestone visibility, and cross-functional coordination.

• Build and lead the enterprise procurement analytics capability, developing dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics that inform strategic decision-making and track value delivery.

• Partner with category leaders and finance to ensure procurement performance data is reliable, timely, and aligned with FP&A reporting requirements.

• Help standardize repeatable procurement processes for production requests, including intake, prioritization, stakeholder updates, vendor comparisons, approval tracking, and escalation paths.

• Drive consistent use of procurement tools, shared trackers, and reporting routines so production leadership has clear visibility into progress, blockers, vendor status, and value delivery.

• Develop and maintain executive-level reporting materials that communicate procurement performance, pipeline health, and value creation to senior leadership.

• Identify process improvement opportunities across procurement operations, streamlining workflows and eliminating inefficiencies.

• Support change management efforts related to new operating routines, tools, and reporting requirements across the procurement organization.

• Operate as a senior individual contributor, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers to move time-sensitive production procurement priorities to closure.
